If you want to cancel your subscription there are a few steps to undertake:
1. Go to Paypal.com
2. navigate to your recurring/ pre-approved payments tab
3. cancel the recurring payments to Cryptohopper
If these steps are followed correctly you will not be debited next billing cycle. When sending in a ticket to our support staff you can always ask them to double check if the recurring payment was canceled successfully !
Should you have paid with Cryptocurrency no additional action is needed and the subscription will simply expire before needing a manual recharge.
