Only unused subscriptions (Bunny/Hare/Kangaroo), paid through PayPal, are refundable. Each user gets a free trial week of an Explorer subscription upon registration, to test the platform to satisfaction. Paying for any subscription confirms you agree with the functionality of Cryptohopper.
