If you have paid with paypal, but aren't satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to a refund within 2 weeks of purchasing. This is only applicable for regular subscriptions and not for Signal subscriptions, as we pay out the signalers immediately. If you do get charged for a signaler which you didn't intend for, please send our support staff a ticket, they will compensate you in the form of another sub!
When sending a ticket regarding a refund, make sure it lists the following details:
- Your Paypal e-mail adress (the Transaction ID of paypal suffices as well but isn't preferred)
- the reason why you want this refund
- which date you have purchased the subscription
